1. Introduction
Welcome to Derma Skin Clinic and ALION Skincare. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our clinical services, online consultations, and the purchase of ALION Skincare and NeutriHerbs products. By accessing our services or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. About Us
Derma Skin Clinic is a professional dermatology and cosmetology clinic located in Kampala, Uganda.

3. Our Services
We operate on a walk-in basis. We do not offer online appointment booking. A consultation fee of UGX 50,000 applies to all consultations, whether in-person or online. Online consultations are available via WhatsApp, Zoom, or any other agreed platform. The consultation fee is non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.
4. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged six (6) months and above. Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will provide consent before any treatment is administered.
5. Individual Results
Results from treatments and skincare products vary between individuals based on skin type, medical history, lifestyle, and other personal factors. Derma Skin Clinic does not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment or product. Clients are required to disclose their full medical history, including allergies and current medications, before receiving any service.
6. Photography and Consent
Before-and-after photographs are only taken with the explicit consent of the patient or their guardian. No images will be used for marketing or shared publicly without specific consent.
7. ALION Skincare and NeutriHerbs Products
Product results may vary between individuals. We recommend a patch test before full use, particularly for individuals with sensitive skin or known allergies. All purchases are subject to availability and prices may change without notice.
Returns and Exchanges: Customers may return ALION Skincare or NeutriHerbs products by visiting our clinic in person or via courier. Proof of purchase is required. Products must be unused and unopened. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Refunds or exchanges are processed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Derma Skin Clinic shall not be liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, dissatisfaction due to individual variation in results, or any damage arising from misuse of our products or services.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during consultations and purchases is used solely to provide our services and is handled in accordance with Ugandan data protection law. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
11. Updates to These Terms
Derma Skin Clinic reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
