Shipping and Delivery
This policy applies to all ALION Skincare and NeutriHerbs product orders placed through Derma Skin Clinic.
What We Ship
We ship ALION Skincare and NeutriHerbs products to customers across Uganda, East Africa, and internationally.
Delivery Destinations
We deliver to the following locations:
- Kampala, Uganda — via SafeBoda courier
- Upcountry Uganda — via bus courier
- East African Countries (Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan) — via courier
- UAE (United Arab Emirates) — via DHL
- Other International Destinations — via DHL
Delivery Timeframes
- Within Kampala: 1 to 3 business days
- Upcountry Uganda: up to 3 business days
- East African Countries: up to 3 business days
- UAE and International via DHL: approximately 7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Delivery Costs
Delivery fees vary depending on your location and will be communicated to you at the time of order. All delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during our working hours, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Orders placed outside of working hours will be processed the next working day.
Returns — Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may return it under the following conditions:
- The return must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
- Returns can be sent back via courier or dropped off in person at our clinic.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
