1. Do I need an appointment to visit Derma Skin Clinic?
No. Derma Skin Clinic operates on a walk-in basis. You are welcome to visit us at any time during our working hours, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are located at F1-12, Block C, Ntinda Complex, Ntinda, Kampala, Uganda.
2. How does an online consultation work?
Online consultations are simple and convenient. Send us a message on WhatsApp at +256 782 932 937 to request a consultation. One of our doctors will then call you to discuss your skin concerns, assess your condition, and recommend the appropriate treatment or products. A consultation fee of UGX 50,000 applies.
3. How much do treatments cost?
Treatment costs vary depending on the procedure and your individual skin needs. We do not publish procedure prices online as each treatment plan is tailored to the patient. We encourage you to visit the clinic or contact us via WhatsApp or phone for more information. A consultation fee of UGX 50,000 applies for all consultations.
4. What is the consultation fee?
The consultation fee is UGX 50,000 for both in-person and online consultations. This fee covers your initial assessment and professional recommendation by one of our qualified skin care practitioners.
5. What products do you stock at the clinic?
We stock ALION Skincare and NeutriHerbs, two of Uganda's leading skincare brands. These products are available for purchase at our clinic and online. Our team will recommend the most suitable products for your skin type and condition following your consultation.
6. Are your treatments suitable for all skin types?
Yes. Our qualified team of dermatology professionals is experienced in treating all skin types and tones. Whether you are coming in for a medical skin condition or a cosmetic procedure, we will assess your skin individually and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan for your unique needs.
7. What is the minimum age for treatment?
Our services are available to individuals aged six (6) months and above. Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will provide consent before any treatment is administered.
8. Do you offer laser hair removal?
Yes. We offer permanent and effective laser hair removal using advanced laser technology. The treatment is suitable for various skin types and body areas. Contact us or visit the clinic to find out more about the procedure and what to expect.
9. Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
You may return an ALION Skincare or NeutriHerbs product within 14 days of purchase provided it is unused, unopened, and accompanied by proof of purchase such as an e-receipt or order confirmation. Returns can be made in person at our clinic or via courier. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For more details, refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
10. Do you deliver products outside Uganda?
Yes. We deliver ALION Skincare and NeutriHerbs products across Uganda, East African countries, and internationally including the UAE. Deliveries within Kampala are handled via SafeBoda, upcountry deliveries via bus courier, and international deliveries via DHL. Delivery fees vary depending on location.
11. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Within Kampala: 1 to 3 business days
- Upcountry Uganda: up to 3 business days
- East African Countries: up to 3 business days
- UAE and International via DHL: approximately 7 business days
12. How do I know if a treatment is right for me?
The best way to determine the right treatment for your skin is to consult one of our qualified practitioners. You can do this by walking into our clinic or requesting an online consultation via WhatsApp. Our doctors will assess your skin, understand your concerns, and recommend a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.
