REFUNDS
This refunds policy applies to ALION Skincare and NeutriHerbs products purchased through Derma Skin Clinic. It does not cover medical or cosmetic treatments performed at the clinic.
Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product is unused and unopened in its original packaging.
- You have valid proof of purchase — either an e-receipt or order confirmation.
- The product received was damaged or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products returned after 14 days of delivery.
- Items without proof of purchase.
- Consultation fees and clinical or cosmetic treatments performed at the clinic.

Please provide your order confirmation or e-receipt and a brief description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If your refund is not approved, we will notify you with the reason.
Return Shipping
Products can be returned via courier or dropped off in person at our clinic. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
